School Profile:

The University of Exeter was founded in 1955 and is a member of the Russell Group. The total number of students is about 25,000, including about 5,450 international students from 140 countries. The university is ranked 13th in The Complete University Guide 2022 and 21st in The Times & Sunday Times Good University Guide 2022, which shows that its academic achievements are quite outstanding. In 2020, it was awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prizes for Higher and Further Education in recognition of the University's contribution to research on the damaging effects of plastic pollution on human and wildlife health.

 

The university has produced many world-renowned alumni over the years, such as Harry Potter author JK Rowling and former Nobel laureate Michael Berry. And more than 80% of the school's graduates successfully found suitable jobs within six months of graduation.

 

 

Subject introduction:

The University of Exeter offers a range of bachelor's and master's programs, including Business, Accounting and Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Renewable Energy, Marketing, Law and Entrepreneurship, and more. Among them, the Accounting and Finance course ranked 12th in The Times & Sunday Times Ranking Good university Guide 2022, and accounting students who take this course can obtain four exemptions from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) professional examinations after graduation. In addition, Business, Management and Marketing also ranked 13th in the UK. The University of Exeter also cooperates with education group INTO to provide university foundation courses and English courses for international students who do not meet the grades or English requirements.

 

 

Geographical location:

The school is located in Exeter, and the university has three campuses, named Streatham Campus, St. Luke's Campus and Cornwall Campus. The campus is three hours and thirty minutes away from London Heathrow Airport by car, and it only takes ten minutes to walk from the main campus to the city center of Exeter.
